This report summarizes the results of the 2002 Hooded Warbler research in Southern Ontario. In partnership with the Hooded Warbler/Acadian Flycatcher Recovery Team, Bird Studies Canada has been intensively monitoring Hooded Warblers in St.Williams Forest since 1999. St. Williams Forest supports the largest population of Hooded Warblers in Canada. Research activities include colour banding, nest searching and monitoring, territory mapping and measurements on nest site characteristics.
