David Smith

Mr. Smith is a founding partner and Managing Director of Enterprise Capital Management Inc., a Toronto based investment management firm. Prior to Enterprise, his 15 year investment industry career included experience in investment research, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, privatizations and corporate finance. Mr. Smith is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario (Hon. Business Administration) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is a director of Jannock Properties Limited and Superior Plus Inc. Mr. Smith is married with three children. He is an avid fly fisherman and outdoors enthusiast.
