Ottawa Spring Bird Count and Baillie Birdathon

Long Point 
Birdathon Weekend
12 & 13 May 2007

A Birdathon Weekend will be held at Long Point, ON on 12 and 13 May 2007, with guided hikes, refreshments, and a chili dinner on the Saturday night. Everyone living nearby or visiting from afar is encouraged to stop in at Long Point this spring.  You can register for this event through your Birdathon registration form or by email at birdathon@bsc-eoc.org .

Prince Edward County Spring Bird Count and Baillie Birdathon May 12 to 20, 2007 Organized by Prince Edward Point Bird Observatory (PEPtBO) in conjunction with the Prince Edward Birding Festival. To take part, register with PEPtBO and choose any 24 hours from May 12 to 20 to bird in Prince Edward County. Join this year’s guest birders Janet Kellough, well-known local author and storyteller, and Jeanette Arsenault, Canadian singer/songwriter of Olympic fame. Meadowlark Festival Big Day Challenge
and Baillie Birdathon

Organized by the Okanagan Similkameen Conservation Alliance. There are many prizes to be won. One of the highlights of the Big Day Challenge is the Monday Morning Breakfast, where all the participants gather to recollect the adventures of the previous day.
