ON Owl Data

Owl Survey Participant Web Portal

Each year, during the month of April, hundreds of volunteers across Central and Northern Ontario, conduct roadside surveys for owls.

The information they gather helps monitor changes in owl populations in Central and Northern Ontario, determine factors that influence population changes and habitat selection, and contribute to conservation and management of owls in the province.
